Closer Posted on January 7, 2020 by admin Straightened tuners. Able to actually make D and G strings a hair straighter and also able to make headstock much bigger. A bit limited by the 3 inch wide maple necks I ordered. Have to trim off tuners where the screws overlap. Thought it was messy but PRS did the same on some of their models. Id have to trim the holes flush to the sides. Shouldn’t be too hard. I could buy sprezel or hipshot staggered tuners but I don’t think it is worth the extra 30+ dollars. My goal is to make affordable guitars with decent hardware. Really trying to keep it under $1000. Share this:FacebookX
